SMG Solutions LLC was founded in 2001 by Shideh Ghajar, a technology and business operations leader with over 30 years of experience delivering scalable, results-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments.
As an IT and business operations executive, she has led and contributed to over $120 million in strategic digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 100 companies and high-growth organizations. Her experience spans CRM, ERP, CPQ, MRP, SCM, HRMS, eCommerce, B2B and B2C platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and AI-driven solutions.
Today, SMG Solutions delivers this executive experience through advisory, fractional leadership, speaking engagements and hands-on delivery across Salesforce and AI-driven automation initiatives.
